Urgent Call For Help: |
|
Dear People: Darrell
VanMastrigt, editor and publisher of
Innocence Denied, is requesting letters
of support to the judge regarding evidence of his innocence. He may be turned
down due to a technicality, but the judge does have the power to give him a
hearing. If enough of you can write a letter of support (see sample below)
perhaps the judge can be persuaded to allow the pursuit of justice. Or you might
just drop him a note (with the case reference) stating that you support a new
hearing for Darrell. I know we’re all busy, but your taking five minutes to do
this may be the difference between a n innocent man
being freed or spending the rest of his life behind bars. Letters of
support need to be mailed by May 6, 2007. Thank you for your kindness and
caring.
