Supreme Court-This
section is dedicated to United States Supreme Court
precedents. An individual convicted of a crime must
use Supreme Court precedents in their appeals
process. It should never be assumed that the state
courts will provide a remedy for the wrongful or
illegal conviction.
Federal Court-This
section deals specifically with "A.E.D.P.A". This
is quite possibly the worst piece of legislation
that has ever been created. This act has placed
time limitations and severe restrictions on what and
how the federal courts can review a case. This
section was created with input from the
Para-Professional Law Clinic (P.P.L.C.) at
Graterford.
Pro-Se Resources-This section
contains a listing of cases that are available for
copies. This section also provides contact
information for attorneys and advocates who are
willing to assist innocent individuals who are
acting pro-se.
Pro-Se Forum-This
section will provide a bulletin board section where
you can post questions about pro-se issues, give
your own advice and receive advice from lawyers who
are graciously assisting ID with their valuable
expertise. |
